Radio Production

"The power of radio is not that it speaks to millions, but that it speaks intimately and privately to each one of those millions."

-Hallie Flanagan

I worked in the campus radio while attending Emory & Henry College. The station is solar powered and affiliate of NPR that welcomes community, student and faculty programming .

In this section, I have embedded audio files of different radio projects I worked on or have been a part of. This certainly is not a comprehensive list as there are numerous projects I did, including there being some projects that were broadcast live instead of being prerecorded. My hope is this shows some diversity in my radio experience. Some of the live projects (not included below) consisted of producing the very first midterm election coverage that the radio had ever done (November 2018), producing the first State of the Union address and live in-studio commentary that the radio had broadcasted and conducted (January 2019), producing the very radio's first-ever pre-show for Christmas at Emory and assisting with live broadcasts of football and basketball games over the air (Fall 2018–Spring 2020).
